How healthy are your management systems?
Your management systems are the nervous system of your business. They help you to control what happens in your business, know what is going on and see if it is working. Without management systems you are in a rudderless boat with an uncertain crew. With a good management system you can’t help but have a smoother voyage.
How do you know if you have good management systems? There are international standards for management systems. You must be already following them to some extent, but are there some aspects you haven’t thought of or can do better?
