In Way We Do the instructions are in a separate Way We Do account. When you purchase the Q-Template™ we give you and your author team read access to that site. the layout of that site is the same as the layout of the Q-Template™ framework provided in your Way We Do site. Confluence version

In Confluence the instructions are hidden from view to avoid clutter in the procedure manual, but you can show them with a single click. When you have finished referring to them you can delete them if you want.

We are based in Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. We most commonly work in Melbourne and Central Victoria.  We can travel to visit you if you are in other places. This will get you started. We can continue supporting you on-line. The ISO standards are international and the Q-Template™ can be translated to other languages if necessary.
