The MBFB Project Pack is for a medium sized businesses with over about 15 team members. It includes Q-Template™ Framework, Q-Template™ Model Business and up to 50 hours of training and consultancy and is available for Way We Do or Confluence. We analyse your business, construct a customised Way We do or Confluence database with procedure charts or tables that exactly matches your business. We provide training in all aspects of Way We Do or Confluence and the Q-Template™.

Scenario

You have decided to produce an operations manual for your business. You and your team know all of the details of the operations. You are willing to put in the time and effort to add all of this detail, but you want help with structuring the information, with knowing that you are on track for the best result, and with seeing the project through.

This pack provides you with a framework that exactly matches your business. As soon as you have the framework, you have places to include all of the details and can easily complete the project.
Through the consultancy and training we provide, you learn how to describe the workflow in your business, use Way We Do or Confluence well, get the best advantage from the abundant resources in the Q-Template™, write clear instructions and design well-laid out, easy to edit forms.

What is included

We supply you with:

  • Q-Template™ Framework and Q-Template™ Model Business
  • Up to 44 hours of consultancy, analysis, project management, writing, chart drawing and database construction over a period of 6 months.
  • 6 hours of training in the use of Way We Do or  Confluence and getting the most out of the Q-Template™ during the 6 months of consultancy.

If you require hosting for the Confluence server version we can provide it (not included in pack).

What we do

  • We work with you to analyse and map all of the workflow in your business. We analyse your business with you, defining each workflow step as an activity in a procedure document.

What we build for you

We build a customised Way We Do or Confluence database for you with the following components:

  • Your logo and basic company information
  • A set of roles defined during the analysis
  • Names of your team members:
    • Entered into the database
    • Assigned to roles according to your instructions
  • Up to 50 procedure documents specified in the analysis, containing a mixture of:
    • Existing Q-Template™ text that remains after defining the procedure
    • New activity headings and role names
    • Matching assignments of the procedures to roles in the database
  • Up to 50 customised swimming lane charts or procedure tables representing your procedures
  • Word templates with your logo and letterhead, for creating attached files

What you can ask us to do

Using any time left over, or as an extension of the project, you can ask us to work on:

    • Written details of activities defined in procedures
    • Placing your your letterhead in all of the Q-Template™ attached files that you intend to use
    • Writing and editing support documents, including work instructions, information documents, forms and databases
    • Defining business measures (including KPIs) for your business

Pricing depends on which software you use, how it is hosted, whether you would like us to visit you or work with you on-line, the number of businesses you want to systemise and whether you intend to franchise or licence your business.
