In some Australian states and in other countries the government knows the cost of upgrading your business system to help you expand. They offer government grants to help you. Generally these are dollar-for-dollar grants. Developing better business documentation or quality management can fall within the scope of these grants.
The grants are usually to support you in a one-off development effort towards business expansion and will not cover recurrent expenses. For example, they may include the cost of a mentor to improve your quality management system to attract investors but not the cost of ISO 9001 certification. Write the application carefully so that it meets the criteria of the grant. Seek guidance from the government small business adviser in your area.
We can help you with your grant application as part of our service.
