4. The Concert Manager briefs the memebrs about the performance and coordinates rehearsal setdown

2 Activities

2.1 Coordinate setup

Concert Manager:

1. Coordinates setup for the rehearsal, including:
• Transporting furniture and instruments as required
• Assembling members
• Arranging furniture
• Responding to the recording engineer's requests

2.2 Conduct rehearsal

Artistic Director:

1. Conducts the rehearsal
2. Responds to the recording engineer's requests
3. Rehearses:
• Entry
• End of performance
• Exit

2.3 Brief about collection

Librarian:

1. Briefs members on the arrangements for collecting music after the performance, including:
• Removal of pencil marks
• Collection time and place

2.4 Brief and coordinate setdown

Concert Manager:

1. With the help of team leaders, briefs and reminds members about final arrangements for the performance, including:
• Times
• Dress
• Publicity
• Refreshments
• Presentations
2. Coordinates setdowm of the rehearsal, including:
• Arranging furniture
• Transporting furniture and instruments as required
